A Birthday Party for Noah

Tomorrow is Noah's first birthday, so we hosted a small party with some close friends this afternoon. Noah got a chance to eat some yummy birthday cake. But first he tried to eat the birthday bib I got for him.

The best part of having a birthday is getting a balloon.

The second best part is getting a cake

At first Noah didn't quite know what to make of that cake.

So Mommy showed him how it's done.

"Hey, I think I like this cake thing!"
Cake is something that really must be celebrated. Also, it's good to put it in your hair.

But like many things, some of it ends up on the floor.
But Noah got a good taste and the verdict is in. Cake is good.

Mmmm.... Food coma.
